Property Management

  • Management Plan Formulation

    Based on project characteristics, formulate property management serivces content, operation budgets and management systems.

  • Daily Safety Management

    Establish safety management systems and emergency response plans, and conduct regular inspections of fire protection, security and other systems.

  • Daily Engineering Management

    Be responsible for hidden risk investigation, maintenance and upkeep of public facilities within the project, such as elevators, air conditioning systems and lighting systems; manage infrastructure including roads, landscape, water supply, power supply and drainage in the project.

  • Daily Environmental Management

    Be responsible for daily cleaning of public areas, manage garbage classification and transportation, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment for the project.
